Finally, a solution to those pesky Ben & Jerry’s-stealing roommates of yours: the “Euphori-Lock,” a gadget that puts a clamp on the lid of that favorite pint.
The Euphori-Lock is a two-piece plastic collar contraption designed to fit standard pint containers. One half slides up over the bottom of the pint. It screws into a top ring outfitted with a three-wheel dial mechanism. Rearrange the digits, and voila—your Phish Food or fro-yo is locked up tighter than Fort Knox, inaccessible to unauthorized midnight-tasters.
“This delightfully tongue-in-cheek concept actually came from one of our customers, who suggested we start selling our ice cream in stainless steel containers with little padlocks on them,” said Ben & Jerry’s Merchandise Maven Katie O’Brien in a release.
